Start taking Magnesium Fluid 2-3 drops per 100-150 ml of drinking, still water. The water temperature should not exceed 40-45° C.

A day or two after you start taking it, you can increase the dosage by 1-2 drops, bringing the volume to 10–20 drops at a time (adjusting the amount of water according to taste preferences). This reception is possible twice a day, depending on the need.

For people with sensitive skin, dilute magnesium with water (1 drop of Mg per 2-10 drops of water).

Dilute your daily dosage in 0.5-0.75 liters of water and take a sip throughout the day.

Children under 14 years old:
